Our Beliefs

What We Believe

We believe the Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God. It is the final authority in all matters of faith and life.

We believe in the one true God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three persons in one divine essence.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God, true God and true man, who came to save the world by His life, death, and resurrection.

We are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone—not by our works, but as a gift from God.

Baptism is a means of grace through which God works faith, forgives sins, and makes us His children. We baptize people of all ages, including infants.

In the Lord’s Supper, we receive the true body and blood of Christ in, with, and under the bread and wine for the forgiveness of sins.

The Church is the body of Christ, made up of all who trust in Him. We gather for worship, teaching, fellowship, and service.

We subscribe to the Lutheran Confessions as a faithful and accurate explanation of biblical doctrine.
